Adolescence is a time full of challenges, pressure, and frustration for parents and teens.
Between being a ”grown-up” but still with limitations by their age, teenagers might experience some difficulty in leading with so many questions. Sometimes what they need is just a goodsocial circle and an opportunity to learn to be their best.
Does your teen show signs of low self-esteem?
Does your teen seem to be too distracted by screens?
Does your teen need to learn how to defend itself from bullies?
Some teenagers might be pretty challenging and give parents a hard time, like getting involved
with the wrong friends, being distant from social interaction, or a long list of frequent issues of
this age. Of course, no parents want to fight with their son or daughter to have a clean room.
Today most kids like to play games or stay on social media. We cannot fight this new reality;
instead, parents must monitor how long their teenagers spend on mobile phones and offer a
new stimulus.
Karate is excellent as it works both body and mind. At Budo Dojo Karate, teenagers will find a
healthy group, learn how to defend themselves without violence, and, most importantly,
release all energy, frustrations, and anxiety.
